DIY Tasty Peachy Inspirations

Peach Sorbet

  1. Peel and slice the peaches, then freeze until completely solid. 
  2. In a blender, add peach slices, raw honey and fresh lemon juice, and blend until smooth. 
  3. Freeze for another 3-4 hours until firm. Serve.

Peach Smoothie

  1. Peel and slice the peach and banana, then freeze until completely solid. 
  2. Together with milk, yogurt, honey and cinnamon, place them into a blender and blend until smooth. 
  3. Add ice cubes for a thicker texture.

Peach Mousse Jelly

  1. Peel and dice peaches; placed into a blender with lemon juice and blend until smooth. 
  2. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin powder in water and add peach mixture. Sit the bowl in a hot water bath; mix and let cool. 
  3. Mix sugar into whipping cream until stiff peaks form, and stir in peach mixture until it becomes mousse. Place in a container and refrigerate. 
  4. Dissolve gelatin powder in the water to form another gelatin mixture. Mix well with peach juice and lemon juice. Pour mixture into the container with mousse, then refrigerate until set. Add fresh peach slices and serve.
